Got the call - Cayenne S just arrived - interest rate question

Got the call yestday my 3 month wait is finally over. I'll be picking up my CS on Tuesday (in the rain). Anyway, I'll be financing most of it and have been quoted 3.49 percent up to 60 months (I'll just do 36). Is this good or bad now? Anyone get better recently?

And yes, I'll post pics soon!

Seems high for a 3 year loan. Should be closer to 1.9%
For me I put down $65,000 bc I wanted <$100k financed for my means.
I got 2.9% up to 72 if I wanted it at up to $100k.

Just got a 3.4% for a 5 year loan for $50k. Might have been able to do better but stupid Comcast mistakenly put a negative mark on my credit.

IF my Cayenne ever leaves the port and makes it's way to the dealer (been at port 10 days and counting) I will be getting 1.9% for 5 years. Credit score is over 800 though which these days counts for an awful lot.

What bank are you getting 1.9% at? I too have an above 800 credit rating and just received that 3.49 quote from my Porsche dealer. I'm guessing thats a bit inflated and I can do better.

mhvfcu.com is 1.9% for 60 months. it is a credit union in NY. I am located in MA and yes they do business across state lines.

Man, I think I got screwed. I financed over $100k on my CTT and got something like 4.3%. Oh well. It was through the dealer which was better than my credit union which I normally use.

Remember when 4.3% would have been an unbelievable low rate? At least you got what you wanted. I wish you lots of hassle free driving miles. I should have mine by end of the week...PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE.

I financed only a small portion and got 2.09%. They were pushing to get me to finance more but I didn't need/want to.

I think ill refi mine just bc the fee is only 25 bucks and ten get it down even lower come the beginning of the year. Why not right? Make your money work for you the best it can.
Might do a 2 year finance and get it down to .9% for the remaining $70k I have.
