I was going to go this route also, but wanted deeper sound and bought real techart ones from gt and did alot of research on the exhaust/muffler systems for our cars. As well as opening and examining a lot of different boxes. The PSE and turbo mufflers use individual tips held on by 4 individual clamps. V6 and v8S uses the shorter pipe with a Y pipe that turns into 2 tips held on by one clamp each side. The so called longer pipe you guys are talking about is for the diesels. I have yet to see a hybrids muffler but I know which to use if I see the outlet placement on the muffler.

are you saying this to me? i was just explaining the different oem muffler designs and how the ebay ones asks you if you want long or short pipe for the tips because depending on the motor the muffler out pipes are different if you wanted to keep the oem exhaust system but change the tips. obviously everyone knows that tips only are for aesthetic purposes only. for my cs i changed the muffler and tips as well as the down pipes (2ndary cat deletes), i kind of wish i didnt put the down pipes as the car is super loud, sounds bad a$$ but it draws alot of attention.

What set up did you go with? Do you have any soundclips of the car? I am thinking of changing mine as well, the only concern is the warranty
techart, but the down pipes i bought fabspeed. i never took any sound clips, i like the sound/rumble my set up makes but my wife hates it. it doesnt sound like how a suv should sound. i installed everything myself and am too lazy to switch the downpipes back to oem so i just left them. i dont know how warranty in canada is but it should not void your warranty at all. exhaust systems are basically for noise and doubt a dealer could pull the your exhaust broke the cars engine, tranny, electronics etc. ive modified all my cars ive had and never had a problem with warranty issues as long as you didnt touch the motor.

turbo, gts and pse equiped cars use 4 individual tips, and dont use the single pipe Y to dual tip connecter style. you can basically buy silver oem 958 ctt tips from dealer or suncoast or any tips made for turbo exhaust and they ate attached by the 4 clamps.

im not 100% sure on that, im assuming it be the same, i donk think porsche would make a different muffler just for the tts. if i saw the actual pics of the muffler or the tips itself id be able to know if theyd work or not.
