Smile Contemplating 2011 Cayenne S

Hi there

I bought one of the first Cayenne's, the 2003 model and while I love the car, I had lots and lots of trouble with issues as it was one of the first SUV's they had made and ended up having more than 20 visits to the shop in less than two years.

Following a few years with Mercedes (GL450), it is time for a new car and I am contemplating a used 2011 Cayenne S.

I found a couple for about $60k (and can't really go much higher financially), though a drove the Cayenne Diesel, like it and would be happy with a $65k configuration.

Thus, question for you guys (and girls of course) here:
- do you have any experience with quality issues with the 2011 model as it was the first one of the new generation; do they have the first-out-bugs or are they generally trouble free?

- while I am sure you all love the power of the S, if it would be up to you would you prefer a new Diesel?

- What would be the maximum number of miles you would take a used vehicle? I was thinking not to exceed 30k, but that already might be high

- what are the extras you would consider as a must-have?

- I have a 19' boat that I tow about 15x per year - any experience with towing with a CS?

Appreciate your help
