Annual low mile oil change
Annual low mile oil change
I have a 2012 V6. I only about 4,000 to 5,000 miles a year on the Cayenne and am coming up on 1 year of ownership. Do you guys typically do an oil change at the 1 year mark or do you wait until a specific mileage? I do an annual low mileage oil change on my BMW, but not sure what to do with the Porsche. The dealer wants to do an annual inspection for $500 including the oil change (which is a bunch of BS since my car look and preforms like it just rolled out of the showroom).
Thanks in advance.
Thanks in advance.
I drive around a 1000-3000 miles a year on most of my cars, some I let go to 3000 but my 911 I will change each year even though I will drive it around a 1000 miles as its cheap insurance .I do all my own maintenanse I would not pay 500 for a check up on a car thats a 2012 with 4000mi.
I have 7200 miles on my 2012 V6. A service message came on in dash to change oil. I called my service tech at dealership. He said it came on because it has been 1 year since I bought it. Have the oil changed, don't pay for any other service.
Here in L.A., I paid $250 for my 10K oil change and annual inspection. $500 is steep.
