Thx

I need these. You don't have to eat mud or spit gravel or anything worse to see the advantage. Im running 9.5's and when the tires are armor-all'd by the car wash dudes (armor-all is too thin btw) you can see the clean spray up on the paint and how it gets there, and where exactly the danger points are. All this just from driving home from the touchless. I am certain 3/4 inch extensions would stop most of it. but, 8 hours labor is something that Im not blessing my Porsche dealer with this Christmas how about you?
I did not know these existed so thank you my good fellow,

Funny, my local Porsche dealer swore up and down that the extensions are strictly for looks... even with Porsche issued 21" wheels (CS with 21" Cayenne Sport edition wheels and no extensions).

From a visual, top down and side perspective, it looked like there was enough clearance in the wheel well but just barely.

I think JAX installed the off road version of the arch extensions, which is a multi-piece design(same as the sport design arches). Thats why it took the dealer 8 hrs to install. The wheel arch extension that normally come with the ordered 21" wheels are simple to install from the look of the installation pdf.

I removed the rears on mine before and it was very easy to do. even 8 hours for the sport designs seem ridiculous. that might be the charge of labor by the book, but I highly doubt it takes someone that long if they know what theyre doing. some shops quote 6 or so hours for swapping springs on base cayennes, it can be done in less than 1/2 the time.
