i was wondering if it was possible to enable VIM (video in motion) on our 958's. with my audi all you need is a vagcom and its fairly fast, cheap and easy to change and play with all different kinds of settings etc. does durametric allow you to do this? or has anyone tried vagcom? (porsche is technically in the vw fam). im just curious if anyone has done it or if it can be done without buying something like navtool or navtv? fyi, its for my kid and wife who are passengers, please, i dont need to hear its illegal or unsafe etc, etc. i already know hazards and that its not meant for the driver to be watching. thanks in advance!

Unlike BMWs (not sure about Audi's), playing videos on a Cayenne, even if parked, is not possible even with DVD disks. There is a non US TV option but that's just to for TV reception and not for playing videos from iPhone or DVD.

From my previous conversations with Durametric, the Cayenne support is a direct port of the VAG COM Touareg software. I found this to be true in the 957, where I was able to do a number of things that were previously unknown.
