CDR 31 + and aftermarket Sub

CDR 31 + and aftermarket Sub
Hi guys,
after reading a few threads about Bose vs base audio i checked at the dealer two cars with and without the Bose option. i finally ended ordering my CS (delivery october) with the base audio but i went with the CDR 31 + option. it is the CDR 31 with upgraded speakers ( same as PCM) and USB input. I have a aftermarket powered sub i want to put in the trunk. i was wondering how to wire it to the system..anybody done it before? or something similar?
