Don't worry, I think you made the right choice. There aren't as many silver Cayennes out there as you'd think, considering how many 911s and Boxsters are silver.

My wife has a silver CV6 and we have no regrets. Funny that I had a 2000 Boxster-S in classic silver as well.

Silver is a great color. As red is to Ferrari, silver is to Porsche. It is their classic racing color. I've had over twenty Porsches since my first in 1979 and about a third have been Arctic Silver or GT Silver.
