60,000km Major service done.
60,000km Major service done.
wow.. car feels like NEW!!
just did my Major service and changed the front and rear brake pads!
i guess porsche fixed the oil level problems..
but is it just me or am i over sensitive on this matter that i think 15000km oil change is too long!? ( is engine vibration linked to engine oil? i think its way better when i change the engine oil...)
my father drives a 2007 LS430 and.. he changes his oil in emarat petrol station every 3000km! and surprisingly!! the 7year old car is in perfect condition!!
no vibration at all!
is there any UAE resident in this forum!?
I've done all my service in porsche service center... but do u think it would be ok to change oil in petrol station? and change more frequently would help my car!?
man.. im sensitive with the vibration... moving from lexus gs 350 to 2012 958s.. the V8 is hm... somehow very rough compared to lexus...
but damn do i love the sports exhaust!!!

Doubt oil changes more frequently (Moble One synthetic) make any vib. differences unless you are in a very hot, rough service area?
yeah i'm in Dubai, porsche won't cover warranty if not serviced by porsche, even ARM say use porsche for servicing. But what they don't know won't hurt.
mine has bad vibration under acceleration but it feels like the drive shaft! 65000km
