MaxLTV is infamous around these parts
Certified preowned worth it?

I'm planning to get 2011 Cayenne Turbo with about 35K miles, and I narrowed it down to several options that are different only by level of certification - non-certified, non-certified that can be made certified, and certified. What would be a fair price difference to pay for the certification?

Also, what should I be able to bargain down on a car like this: http://www.autotrader.com/cars-for-s...55077189&Log=0

Thanks!

Costs the dealer $1k to $1,500 to certify.
