MY switchover had order book opening in April for 2014 MY. My car was delivered end of July, which was 2-3 weeks after the first ones.
Would expect the 2015 time frame to be same.
Geneva show is next week. I would guess the new Cayenne will be shown there, although the lack of rumors would counter that.
