I'm not familiar with the engine so I don't know what normal sounds like, but there are two things I hear there.

The first is the higher pitched almost "diesel" sounding knock. That's generally not a good thing, but could be nothing depending on the engine and the actual source. We had a Ford truck that sounded like that and it turned out that the coolant and leaked into the oil and really screwed the internals (we still got another 50k out of the engine with no work put into it though). I would guess that in this case it's the valves or lifters you are hearing. Could also be if you filled up with a lower grade gas than is required (it will be fine if that's the case, just sound bad until it's back to a normal octane).

The second thing I hear is a softer sound that sounds like air is escaping from somewhere. Given that it sounds like it's escaping I'd guess you have a leak somewhere beyond the intake and given that it is cyclical my first thought is a cylinder leak (maybe a lose spark plug?).

I'm no mechanic though, those are just my thoughts based on what you've given. If it's possible I'd not drive it until you can get a professional's opinion. If your dealer is going to be closed for a significant period of time then you might have a local Indy look at it in the meantime to get their opinion on what it might be and if it's safe to keep driving.

its hard to tell from a video. the vw sourced vr6 is generally a noisy motor with the hood up. im assuming the op lives in a country or place where you probably have 1 dealer and Porsche doesn't offer good warranty in your country.
