Shift **** Replacement
I just replaced my shifter **** with the "exclusive" shift **** from Suncoast. Here is a video tutorial for anyone interested in doing this:

My only complaint to that video is that it doesn't mention the button on the new **** until it's already slid on. At least with my replacement **** the button was already pressed in and needed to be pulled out before sliding it on. Not doing so results in a busted **** 
Otherwise a nice little video that I wish I had last year before I busted mine getting it off
