Thanks, it's still a little early at 6 weeks! We may keep one Cayenne and I may get either a Range Rover or an Escalade.
Just doing my homework.
I need 2 base systems and 1 booster for a 6 yr old.

Sounds like a plan. I have a mammoth Expedition which gave me hulk-like arms lifting heavy babies + carriers. If you do go down the road of Escalades, it may help the wife to get hydraulics. Not sure if cayenne or RR has that feature but lowering the car a bit once the ignition is off would help. I wish I had the budget for a E350 AMG wagon back then. It would have been both fun to drive (500hp+), pack 4-5 kids and no lifting. Good luck with everything!

Three Diono Radian RXTs fit three across in my CTT. Only one is rear-facing, however. To reverse the one behind the passenger might impinge a bit on the front passenger seat comfort and legroom. You can also fit two Radians and one Maxi Cosi Mico AP infant seat w/removalble base, but I don't have a second to test the two infant seat/one radian configuration. Based on size, however, I think you might be able to get away with the infant seats at the outboard positions and the booster/Radian at the center position. Hope this helps, good luck!

My wife would die if I bought myself a minivan let alone her be seen in one lol.
FWIW I wouldn't mind a town & country or a sienna for a family wagon, but I don't see my wife signing off on it.

Buy Buy Baby was extremely friendly in offering a demo in the parking lot for me. All 3 fit, but extremely tight. My 6 year old is too big for the radian (height) but 2 infant carriers and some narrow boosters fit although I can't see my son having enough room to buckle his seatbelt.

Wow, if your 6 yo doesn't fit in the Radian, he's quite tall! I thought the Radian was rated up to 57" with harness mode. Sounds like it won't work with the Cayenne - perhaps you've got to consider the 7-seat vans or SUVs. My wife also wouldn't want to be seen in a minivan, she's diametrically opposed. Suburban/YukonXL/Escalade or Mercedes GL is the next option for us when #4 arrives . Heard the new Range Rover Sport can also come in a 7 seat configuration but I have yet to see it.

Good luck with the twins!
