3 Car seats?

Can the cayenne fit 3 car seats in the back? More specifically 2 rear facing and 1 booster with 5 point harness?

I know that some have had success, but they were using a brand of car seats that were narrower than most. I know that I am unable to fit 2 car seats in the back. Also, if you are using the latch system, the center seat doesn't have latch anchors.

2 car seats should fit without a problem? I have a britax pinnacle 90 in mine, its a very large seat and 2 of those would probably be max. to fit 3 you would need smaller/narrower seats. a lot of the newer britax seats don't use the latch anymore and they came up with something called click tight installation. its very easy to install and almost impossible to install incorrectly.

I actually have both car seats in the CTTS at the moment, from a weekend drive. I will try to take a pic when I step out for lunch.

As you can see here you would be hard pressed to get a 3rd car seat in the middle.

I've had 2 rear facing coccoro seats and a booster in the middle. My Irish twins fit in these "egg shells" for 3 years. Booster options include Harmony and cosco narrow seats found in Target. Wish I had pics readily available (they are now 6 & 7).

I ordered 2 coccoros back in 2009 to fit in an A4 and 330xi. Attached is what I found in my old computer- 3 in a row,. Second picture has 2 booster options currently used in both of our 911s (one with high back another without). With 4 kids and several cars to fit, I've owned 15+ carseats and placed in various orders based on need. 2 coccoros and one of the harmony high back or cosco backless would fit. Hope this helps.

Any chance that 2 rear facing with a quick connect base that's used in conjunction with a stroller AND a booster would work out? I'm expecting twins and doing early research. I'd hate to wake them up getting in or out of the truck.
Both my wife and I drive new Cayennes and never thought we'd be giving them up this soon.

you guys are brave to have your young children in these very nice cars. I remember all the associated bodily fluids all over our MDX. Now it's dirt from cleats and sports gear.

The floor mats are replaceable, but they do stain like crazy. The leather wipes clean. Cloth seats however in an inexpensive car would be much worse off.

Congrats on the twins!

I hate to say it but there is no base/system that would fit 3 in a row. I've researched the Asian & Euro market as well to no avail. I agree, never wake up a sleeping baby. Maybe someone else can chime in. We were in the market too when we resided in Deridder, LA when we broke down with a Ford Freestyle (we love yet ford no longer makes). It is 3 rows of 2 so no climbing or flipping of seats to get to the third row. When the "hotwagon" retires, we're off to a Q7. I've pasted the thread on this shopping expedition should you go that route.

Maybe keep 1 Pcar for short trips and adrenaline fun? Also, infancy is only a short period and baby+15lb carrier will only last a few months. Just my $0.02.

Weathertech mats are a must. The rear ones even cover the bump!
