To Those Without Entry and Drive
I keep dropping my keys, and I realized, with the high cost of replacements, I'd want to take better care of it, not just in terms of functionality, but also to preserve it's appearance.
What do you guys use to cover your keys with? Im having a hard time finding a cover that exposes the area where we insert into the ignition, I guess our only option would be a leather cover the key could slide out of?

You didn't mention how much you want to spend

The key is pushed back in the case when not in ignition.

I just be careful with mine, but I've dropped a few times and it has some scratches. Gives it character I guess.
Other than exterior blemishes it would take something extreme (e.g. Throwing it at something, multiple drops a day every day for a long period of time, etc..) to break it in such a manner that you'd have to replace it.

thats how I justified the scratches on my iphone
The leather holder looks nice, however, it's a bit on the expensive side
maybe ill just go with "building character"
