I installed my sport pedals today, and found two quasi problems which I hope those who installed sport pedals could help me with.
^ The first is that the metal plate of the brake pedal separates from the rubber surround (only on the left side) leaving a very un-porsche like gap. I am not sure if this is an issue, could those with sport pedals verify if it is supposed to be flush? I have ensured it is installed correctly with the rubber lips covering the metal frame and the two rubber "grips" through the metal hole. Before I put it on, I noticed that the plate was a bit above the rubber, but not in a way that seems defective, it's only when installed it raises far above flush.
^ My second concern is when I removed the rubber gas pedal, there was an adhesive tape, however the kit didn't include one. Was I to reuse it? The stickiness was gone already. If it wasn't supposed to include the tape, I guess I could just use some 3M tape
I purchased the pedal set from suncoast so I'll be emailing them as well.

I think those are adhesives, not tapes. probably would be difficult to use 3m tapes because you kinda have to slide it in. I installed mine 4months ago without 3m tape or adhesives. didn't fall off yet. got mine on ebay but looks just like yours.
I got a reply back from suncoast, they said any dealer should be able to handle warranty exchanges and the like so it looks like I get to visit my friendly neighborhood newport beach dealership.
