I bought the quad exhaust tips for my cayenne s hybrid on ebay from China $200. They looks alright from far but at closeup, the details are not very nice especially the edges, the aluminum tip edges are sharp and not round and smooth like oem ones. Also the pipes are black unlike oem's. They are a lot heavier too.

James, those look pretty decent. Do they simply bolt up, or do you need a muffler shop to install?
Post up some pics when installed

Hi! They simply bolt up and fairly easy to install but you do need another person to hold up the tips and align them when you are tightening the bolt back on because they are quite heavy. I will post up some picture when I have the chance. Also the tip for the v6 and v8 model are different. It seems like the v6 one has longer pipe.

Yea I agree... They don't look too shabby for $200. I would prob paint the tips again though. The texture and color doesn't seem to match the Porsche quite well.

i probably got it from the same guy in china. $200 shipped. received in Pa in 5 days!! i think the price is fair. easy one person 5min job. you can adjust the angle/tilt before you tighten it completely. the only problem i have is that the tip is angled up if you want it to line up with the bumper cut out. i worry about water accumulating in the pipe. might drill a hole in the pipe to drain it. it's much heavier than stock. performance downgrade and cosmetic upgrade like my 22" wheels

I gotta say... those ebay tips looks much better on the car than I imagined. They look quite OEM to me. I wonder how it will wear/last over time.

btw, mmdht2, your tips looks like it has less of a "slant" than jamesporsche's. Is this because of the way you installed it?

yes, you can adjust the angle/tilt/rotation... i tried to match the bottom slope of the bumper.

as to the quality, i don't expect this to last 5yrs but it's $200 shipped so i can just get another one later. oem is way too expensive for just some exhaust tips. it's about the same price as a whole wood/carbon dash kit.

Those tips look great! Thanks for posting pics.
Can you guys link the eBay seller here?. I might as well go with a seller that has a good history, at least on this forum.

Both of your cars look sweet.
mmdht2--lets see some pics of your 22" wheels!

I actually was gonna ask the same thing. The seller info would be very helpful since there are a few sellers from China with different prices. Thanks!

"jimmyho1023" is the seller on ebay. i don't want to link it directly because it probably would violate some forum rules. make sure you check your exhaust first. it's listed for v8 but i have a 2014 v6 and it needed the short one.

i painted the caliper myself. vht burnt orange with clear coat on top of vht primer.

Thanks! So I guess the seller's description is backwards? V6 will need the short one and V8 will need the long version?

That caliper looks like it was professionally done. Great job on it.
