Mirror Pathway Lighting

Has anybody replaced the dull yellow light underneath the mirrors in the 958. I want to upgrade the light to a LED bulbs. Anybody have suggestions on what bulb goes in place of the dull yellow?

Have you asked the dealer? My 2016 has LED's there. Although don't know if the mirror housings changed with 2015/2016.

That's a good idea. I will check in with them and see what they say.

My 2013 had yellow lights and I replaced them with t10 leds I got off eBay.

Took me some time.
First remove the mirror. You gotta be careful when doing this because the mirror is expensive but it seems durable anyways.
Then unscrew some torx screws securing the mirror housing.
Take off the mirror housing (painted portion of the side mirrors).
I vaguely remember taking off the motor for the mirror --not sure.
Now you have access to the light bulb!
