Navigation system , strange routes? Is there an update

2012 Cayenne turbo.
Nav system sometimes doesnt take the best routes always, sometimes very bad ones actually.
Is there an update for it?

If so how do a I get it?

yea, the porsche nav is one of the worst I've used, I can't wait to update at the next service

just head down to your local dealer, they should be able to update it for you

I am finding that I am using the built in nav system less and less these days and opting for Waze. It provides real time traffic and social media road reports, albeit sometime too much!
