I'm going to say, that without a HUGE (said in a Trump accent) amount of work, it's not going to be possible. If you look at the body work panels in the photo, the 2011 has a smaller hood. On the 2015, the body panels all intersect with the headlights. The only way it would work would be to replace all the body panels at the front with 2015 model, along with headlights, etc and I'm going to guess that's going to cost more than just selling your 2011 and getting a 2015!! ;-)

You might be better going for a body kit..

We talked about this when the .2 came out. It's the same structure so it is possible, but it will be expensive and I would also expect lots of niggly bits behind the scenes.

At a quick pass you'll need:
Hood
Quarter panels
Headlights
Bumper
Bumper hardware
All the plastic bits for the grills
Fog lights
Signal bars?
Side markers?

I would suggest going with the .1 Turbo bumper conversion (you want the TT parts rather than the GTS as you have intercoolers). The look is similar to the .2, but the conversion is more well known so it should be cheaper and there will be less surprises.

The turbo conversion is only $1,695 @ Suncoast

+ LED Daytime Running Lights (I'm in Canada, not sure if you are, so you'd have to get new headlights that support DRL)
+ Installation
+ Painting

With new headlights, you're probably looking at 7-8k easy for the turbo front end...

You have 2 options to satisfy the misguided Canadian government.

The first is that if you already have the HID lights, you can get the TT/GTS headlights. You plug them in and then have the dealer recode the car to use them. As you noted, this is not a cheap option.

The second, if you know which end of a soldering iron is hot, is that you can build adapters for the wiring harness in the bumper which will make the new signal bars act like DRLs too. You can take a look at the link in my sig to see what is needed and judge if you are up to it. If you don't think you are up to it, a car audio shop will probably whip them together for you for an hour or two worth of labor.
