It's the PIWIS/TSI online service (e.g. workshop manuals) that can carry the $15k/year fee for the "all you can eat" option. Looked this up last night for another thread (on RL) and the 365 day access is only $7k actually. Per hour is $14, a day is $140, and there are a few other increments too.

Still not great pricing for the DIY person though
