Dummy key mod

My cayenne did not come with the keyless entry and drive and I'm fine with using the key to lock and unlock the doors but is there a way to mod the engine start so that I wouldn't need to take the keys out of my pocket ?

Anybody who can get the 2015 steering wheel to work on a pre 2015 seems like a genius to me!

jejejeje thanks Jab. We are all geniuses inside. The reality is when you want something so bad there is not a NO as an answer. I'll try and keep searching on the Keyless Entrey install.

As per the dummy key inside the switch, I don't know, I think all communicates with the Keyless entry, door handle etc. But let's see what happens.

Here's a steering picture. I have a broken button on the left MF side, diamond one, and a missing cover on the right MF wheel. Remember this is a used steering from a crashed 15-16 cayenne. It doesn't look bad but right now since I spent 900 on a new airbag I'm not willing to spend 250 on a new set of MF buttons. Will do later.
