Anyone else having Sirius problems?
My Sirius subscription on my '11 CTT keeps alternating between subscribed and demo mode. I should be good on the subscription until October 2016 - I got them to give me an 8 month subscription for $25..
Sometimes it's registered fine, other times it's in demo mode. If I remember my account login info for them I think I'd just go and cancel the damn thing. They are a particularly annoying company.

Ended up going on line. There is no way to send email to SiriusXM, just phone, or "CHAT".
So I tried Chat. Long wait, but finally someone came on who thought a refresh of the authorization to the radio would fix the problem. He texted me a link that when clicked went to the SiriusXM site and ran a goober (tech term) that sent a refresh of the authorization to my radio.
XM works again. We'll see how long that lasts.. since it had been intermittent.

Yes, I have the same problem. I've given up calling Sirius customer service, they are idiots! So I use the automated prompt and have a refresh signal sent. So far it's worked every time but, it takes a while.
Yeah, I haven't deleted the link they texted me.. figure it's gonna happen again. And they are an awful company IMHO. Mostly with bland/crappy programming.
