Cayennes come without heated seats?

I was looking at a '16 Cayenne. Looking at the interior pictures I noticed there's no button for the heated seats next to the shifter. These cars come without them, didn't know that.

Is it worth purchasing a '16 Cayenne considering the redesign model comes out next fall. The interior of the redesign is a huge upgrade. Thoughts?

I dunno that the '16 interior is a "huge" upgrade (believe me..) The current switches are replaced by a glass touch-panel. Can we say smudges? I knew we could.

Guess it's better for people spilling beverages and food around in the car, but I'd be obsessive on getting rid of fingerprints on it.

FWIW - Although the heated seats are officially an option - I've never seen a Cayenne without them. Mebbe in Hawaii? (where cars used to come without heaters..)

couldn't agree more with the above.

Most cayennes come with premium pkg plus a few other options to be compatible with other suvs. So when folks cross shop the Q7, GLS and X5 the options are similar.

I apologize for the confusion. I was referring to the interior of the redesigned Cayenne being a huge upgrade for the next generation Cayenne. So in this case it would be the 2018 Cayenne. These are the images of the interior.

It's pretty interesting to see a Cayenne that doesn't have heated seats. Seen a few of them for sale on eBay and CarGurus. I believe this one is a true base model Cayenne without any bells & whistles attached to it.

Picture of the interior followed by the link for the car.

Ah, the pics I've seen are for the facelift Panamera where it was rumored the interior controls of the Cayenne would be the same.. glass touch panel instead of the switches. Personally, I prefer switches.

That really is a stripper. It does have the clock, that might have been an option.. or was it standard by then (complete with second hand that likes to fall off..)

Wow!
I've never seen one with so little options.

My Cayenne has an interesting build sheet. It doesn't have heated or cooled seats and doesn't have a sunroof, but does have the running board option, HiD lights, Park Assist, LCA, and light convenience pkg.

When I sell it I'll explain it was built with long-term reliability in mind.
