Hey everyone! I just picked up an 11 cayenne s I love it! Previously owned saabs for 8 years this is a whole new level..
The only issue I can figure out is the driver side seat memory.. the set button won't light up.. I've read by moving it forward and back up and down it resets the limits but I can't get it to work.. also I've found a pig tail coming out by the gas pedal that plugs into a factory looking harness.. remote starter maybe? I would like to get a remote starter as well, i think viper makes one that works with the factory key?

 

When dealing with positions of unknown components it often helps to shoot a video clip instead of a bunch of pix. Youtube works great for this. As in, pan around where the wires are located, zooming in and out to better give a frame of reference as to where the thing is located. No need for voice-over or fancier production techniques. You can host videos there as 'unlisted'. They'll be only viewable to those that have the URL. Or just create a another account to host them if you want to keep them separate from anything else you might be posting there.

It would seem odd for a connector to have four wires all the same color going through it. I've not seen all the wiring in a 958, so I won't say it can't happen. But I've seen enough hacked up electrical systems in cars to make me worry when I see things like that.
