Ok boys I finally pulled the trigger on my 2011 958TT tune. The master minds at Evolution Motorsports did a fantastic job with my 955TT, I can only imagine what they can do with the 958TT!!
I'm starting this thread so I can relay my experience and some real world numbers for others interested.
I should get the tuning equipment today. This is brand new hardware EVO just released, I'll get a picture up as soon as I get it in. This will eliminate the need for a wire harness as well as the obvious, no need to send your ECU in for the flash. This puts all the power in your hands, have a tune for the track, every day driving or flash it back to stock in the event of warranty paranoia.
Working with EVO has always been a pleasure, this time I got an email and call from the president and founder on this tune. I also got a complete questionnaire sent to me asking all sorts of things, things I honestly didn't know were possible with this tune. After filling out the questionnaire I got another call going over everything, things like what's my everyday elevation and whats the highest elevation I'll be driving at. I'm in Colorado and he caught that from my address so he wanted to ensure he tunes for high elevation here. I hope this is ok with EVO but I wanted to share this so I'll attach it.
Some of those options are pretty cool. I've raced my Cayenne a couple times and either or both launch control and left foot braking would be nice in that application. I didn't realize you couldn't left foot brake while rolling until I tried it and looked like a fool. It works from a standstill, but some of the races I was doing were rolling start.
Sounds like you will have quite a beast on your hands when it's all done. Enjoy!!

Thanks jdubbya!! I'll keep you updated on the left foot braking addition, might be something you could benefit from.
I worked with EVO yesterday and we got her tuned!!! It couldn't have been easier, this was my first time flashing and now that I've done it I know anyone could do it.
I'll give an overview below on those steps but first I've got to give some feedback with the performance gain!
The first thing I noticed was boost built much quicker! I've never seen my boost gauge jump so fast! The second thing I noticed was better throttle response. After a few turns I also noticed how the car felt more nimble, which is saying a lot for this heavy beast! The diverter valves are far more prominent..the list goes on.
I was only able to take a short 10min drive last night but have a 3 hour drive tomorrow so I'll be able to report additional findings and behavior beyond 4th gear later this week.
Flashing overview:
You'll get the following contents in the box
Once you've unboxed the contents you'll plug the USB drive in to your laptop and follow just a few instruction. These will walk you through installing a small application which will allow you to ID (read) and obtain your current file. (As shown below) Next you'll email this file to EVO and within minutes you'll have your flash.
The process to flash is much like the process to read. You'll connect the tunner to your laptop, select the file to transfer and you're ready to flash.
Once the tunner has the file you'll connect via ODB2 and flash away as shown below.
The other really cool part that I noticed is EVO includes the factory flash. (Pictured below) At any given time you want to flash it back to stock just hook your tunner up and choose "Original". These files are all stored on the device so no need to carry your laptop around, just toss the tunner in one of the compartments in the back.
Any questions guys? Would you like to see more pics of anything?

That's pretty cool. I had a flasher unit for a Lincoln LS I had quite a few years back. It was nice to be able to swap out tunes when you wanted. In that case it came with three tunes and stock. It's pretty amazing what a little change in the computer code can do for performance!! Enjoy it!!
