Hello, my 2005 porshe cayenne was cranking but wouldn't start, I put a new battery in and now it wont even crank, its looks like something electrical now, like it short circuited, it's like blocked, could it be because I changed the battery wrong or something

 

Some 955 Cayennes have 2 batteries - 1 under the driver's seat and another in the rear. Does yours?
