With my widebody kit, I'm running et50 12"x22" wheels and 25mm spacers at all 4 corners. No issues. Make sure they have the hub centric flange and correct 71.6mm center bore.
If using the sandwich style spacers, they need that too, but make sure to get longer wheel bolts for the width of the spacer. I use World Motorsports Ti lug bolts and spacers from Adaptec Speedware.
