please keep it factual...sounds to me like the lugs were too long and bottomed out before the wheels were snug...if that is the case I would run not walk from this company

GT3 Chuck: I am warning other members of the poor customer service offered by this company and asking if anyone else has had similar issues. if you google search Euro Tech Luxury Wheels they have nothing but poor feed back on similar forums. I was unware that they were the same company till I received my order. There is no name calling in this post and only facts. I paid $120 each to have my tire switched over to these rims and balanced. The loose lug bolts could have killed me and my family if I didnt notice it and check. Had my wife been driving the car she would not have noticed and likely would have ended up with the wheels flying off. I now am forced to wait another week (go without the car or pay another $120 to have the wheels switched back). Obviously I am unhappy and do not wish for any other board members to have to be put in this situation.

I also tried my stock lugs on the wheels and had similar results. Loose after 3 miles of in town driving. I thought the centric hub size might be incorrect. thoughts?

if the problem is the thickness of wheel material under the lug then the stock lugs will bottom out as well...test the wheel before you lower the car and see if you can move the wheel...could be a hubcentric problem but if the wheels are torqued down properly you might have a vibration but they wouldn't work loose that quickly...sounds like those wheels just weren't meant for your car or require shorter lugs...

i'll give that a try. The lugs sent with the wheels from USArim are fair bit longer than the stock lug bolts. thanks!

Thanks to Frank at USARim! He overnighted me a set of the correct lug bolts and got things taken care of. It ended up costing me more time and money to have tires mounted multiple times but the cayenne is up and running and there do not appear to be any issues at this time.

I would find a different installer if I were you...the installer should have been able to detect the problem at the outset and tell you exactly what was wrong
