What did you pay for the 2013 Cayenne GTS

Hi all,

I just wanted to introduce myself as a future Porsche owner and also I am new to these forums.

I am looking to buy the new 2013 CGTS and wanted to find out what others have been paying for it in the NY/CT area (or elsewhere). I've learned from basic research that 3% would be common to expect after a couple of rounds of negotiation, but there have been instances where some have managed to get upto 6% off on a CS.

Please share your experience if you have managed to negotiate more on a CGTS...

EDIT: The 3% I found was on a brand new CGTS custom order.

Thanks

Usually when you are able to get that much off on a hot item car, its only when its a demo car with a few hundred miles on it from test drives. Cayennes are very hot cars especially the V6 model. And if you are a first time porsche buyer then its even harder to get discounts.
Hell, I could be totally wrong. This is just my eperience, good luck.
You could probably get a slightly used CTT for the same price as a GTS.

I custom ordered a GTS with the MSRp of 108K. The first dealership offered $3000 off MSRP, the next one gave me a $6200 discount. I found that the "internet sales" person is usually more willing to lower the price. I think these young sales guys are more focused on volume due to the nature of internet driven sales. Since you have a custom order, I does not matter where you order your car. I would recommend that you print out your order specifications and fax them to or call several dealerships to get a quote.

+1. Just got a 2011 CTT loaded with 4 more years of CPO warranty for almost $20K less than they wanted for a new GTS. Same length of warranty and more miles allowed.

Thanks for mentioning the internet option, it worked!!. I mentioned the internet option during my negotiation with the dealer and he agreed to give a 5% discount off the MSRP.

Went ahead and placed the order for a Black (metallic) GTS with painted wheels this weekend!!

Thanks everyone for your replies too.
