Need Help with Electrical Issue

Ok, to sum up the initial problem, the hose behind the B-pillar for the rear window washer became partially disconnected and every time I used it things got wet.Eventually things got wet enought that the fuse for the passenger power window blew and a noise like a clipping sound was now emminating from the speakers (not just the right side). So I finally get everything dried out and the clipping sound fades to a dull static. However once I install a new fuse for the window I get noise through the speakers for anything electrical. Radio, heater/ac, heated seats, ect.

So does anyone know if there is some knod of module behind the dash or wiring somewhere that would be causing this?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks, Jeff

I imagine that there is a lot of possibilities on tracking down this issue. Considering the difficulty of your troubleshooting issue, I would suggest you have a dealer or independent mechanic take a look.
