2009 GTS meets 2014 GTS

Traded in our 2009 GTS for the 2014, here's a pic of the two together and the new one. It was sad to see her go, the 2009 was a fabulous ride, classic styling (I wanted to keep the rims...), and a good family drive (took care of two little kids, 65K miles and no issues). So far, the 2014 is awesome (electronics, handling, lane assist is nice). For those with kids / multiple car seats, the extra 2" length makes a huge difference in the rear seat child accessibility/middlerow seating. Also just installed PhotoSync IR Film from Premier Protective in Fremont, and it works as advertised; looks totally natural and heat reduction in 90 degree weather has been great.

Congrats! Since you have an apples to apples comparison. Any other reason for us 957 pepper owners to step into a 958?

So far for me, the best reasons are the weight reduction, PTV, redesigned interior layout.

Nice work! I just reluctantly traded in my 997 Turbo for a 2013 GTS... loaded to the gills.

My 4 and 6 year old approve at least.

I'm looking forward to many miles with this thing... and I'll begin my hunt for the perfect 911 next spring. (going to wait for the right color combo to cross my path this time, like my first turbo cab).

I've already put an order in with Lane at MACarbon for a custom steering wheel to match the red/black interior! Stoked!

I haven't found anything I dislike about this vehicle yet.

Congrats on the purchase. Glad we were part of the initial ownership and great to know that you are very satisfied with Spectra PhotoSync!
