Hello all, I am in need of insight with my 2005 cayenne turbo. I am noticing when I accelerate,sometimes the gears change slowly. Meaning I could be doing 47mph and still in 4th gear. And sometimes they change normal like 45mph then shifts to 5th.

HERE'S THE KICKER! I have caught the SUV DOWNSHIFT upon acceleration. I could be doin60+ on the freeway and the gears downshift to 4th then work it's way back up to 6. Wondering what could be the issue?

I do have an engine light on. Throws p0016 code. But I am thinking the acceleration issue could be because of trans going bad or needs tune up with coils packs replaced.
