so after 3 months waiting and after poor customer information , the owner Martin send me an email that my items where shipped . I got very exited by boy I was wrong . A box showed up , a very small box . Inside the box as you can see from the pictures was only the intake ( I ordered intake , secondary cat and primarycat) . The intake looks aweasome they are ceramic coated with a gold wrap papper but the metallic and the plastic tubes are missing so I cant install it . The exhaust parts are missing . I send him a detailed email and I got a very short answer : I am sorry that you have so much trouble but I am sure that all the items were shiped? I responded to him with an answer on how many boxes did he send me and I even send him the photos that are attached here but no response since friday. Their website is updated so maybe they have some troubles but boy , what is my fault ? I just want what I paid for .

 

That sucks,sorry to hear that man. I was hoping to get some stuff from them as well. With all this bad feedback,not sure I want to go with them anymore.......

 

so from friday to know still nothing , no respond to calls or emails. And this after after 2-3 months so I am going to request paypal for a refund .

so buyers beware

Rob used to be on this forum. So hopefully, he can see this thread. I have been recently trying to reach out to him also for the exact part/model number for the two K&N air filters. And, he hasn't been replying my email either.

On other hand tho, he did give me a few tips and reshipped a mis-fabricated part to me while I was installing the intake. My experience was him had been so far so good except the delayed response recently. Maybe it's the holidays?

 

Yes but the box which was send to me was to small and secondary and primary cat is missing also their o2 sensor and gasket , even the intake which arrived was incomplete . Also they are "sure" they send me everything ?! So what someone stole some metal tubes and put them on another smaller box ?

 

Good news. I got an email from Rob , maybe he can find a solution

 

So Rob was kindly enough to ship the exhaust again . Thanks to Rob from leistung

 

That's great. I had really good service from Rob when I bought my 2nd cat bypass. It was fast and easy for me.

 

That's funny... he still hasn't replied me about my inquiries on the K&N filter model for the intake. I need to replace mine now...

 

do you need just the model name ? I can look the name in the box for you so you can directly order them from k&n ?

 

So again now my emails dont get response . I opened a case in paypal to get a refund becuase I didnt receive 2/3 of the items and paypal directly closed the case because 45 days have passed ? seriosly ? so know its my fault because I have been lied every week ?

 

I got my money back from paypal, thank god. I do have a phone number which is supposedly a cell number for rob.

 

I wouldn't normally post someone's cell on an open forum but the actions of leistung are less than acceptable so why not. Rob bohacs (XXX) XXX-XXXX
