I have a 2009 Cayenne S which has functional keys for the radio and phone in the center of the steering column which just stopped working. Is there a fuse or something that would cause this to occur? Any assistance would be appreciated.

 

There's a fuse that controls everything. Pull your fuse panel and look. Otherwise, a drive to your dealership will solve the issue. Have you replaced the steering wheel or radio? These (any complex vehicle) can tend to develop gremlins after electronics changes. You're already having issues with the wheel - as you posted last week that the steering wheel heater has a mind of its own. I would have it in the shop before something melts down.
