Well damnit, I need to do some searching tonight. Was parked out in the rain at some friends house and found my pano roof leaking at the back end when I went to leave. I haven't done the windshield one yet either.
Well it's actually not that big a job getting to the drain tubes for back end of the pano roof. Since I already had the back end apart awhile back to replace the rear hatch struts so I knew how it came apart. So I was able to take it apart enough to get to the drain tubes. Looks like there has been a kink in the driver side one and that was enough to block it when it was in the heavy rain.
I pulled them apart and cleaned them out but I don't think they were really blocked just the kink and heavy rain combined was enough. We'll see

Good to hear man next time can you post some pictures so others can get a better idea of what their looking at. Glad everything worked out
I took a few shots with my cell phone but they didn't turn out very well. Charging up batteries for the big camera since I haven't used it in awhile. I'll get some shots and post them.
Have only had it out in the rain once since tearing it apart and so far so good, no leaks. But I will probably run the hose over it before putting it all back together.
That was how I knew how to get it apart because I already replaced my rear hatch struts.
After you have the center upper trim piece and the two side panels with the speakers out you can see the drain tube running from under the next roof panel and down the pillar...
The brown hose is the drain tube...
Next there are two of these small clips holding the large center panel up
They are located where I placed the green tape in this pic, one on either side...
Use a small screwdriver or thin trim tool to pop them out...
Once they are both out you can gently pull the back end of the panel down enough to get into the drain tube all the way up to where it hooks into the roof drain fitting. The brown hose with the white fitting...
From there I was able to pull the fitting off, it's just a snap together ball type joint and I used air to blow the tubes out to make sure they are clear.
On my driver's side there is a major kink in the drain tube just about where it goes above the second overhead panel. I think that was just tight enough to back the water up when it was raining hard the night it leaked.
So far so good, drove it in the rain today and it didn't leak. I think I'm going to order a new tube for the driver's side or that kink is gonna make more problems for me in the future.
It was hard to get pics of but the drain eventually exits inside the bumper cavity just behind the rear wheel well. It is the one that comes out the back end and not out the bottom, that is the rear condenser drain. Forgive my quick "paint" job of identifying them in the pic.
