Most backup camera kits I've seen cost a heck of a lot more than $46. I used the NavTV product which was several hundred dollars (I picked up a used one).
I take it you do not have much experience with low-voltage -- I would definitely recommend bringing the camera and accessories to a reputable car-audio-installer as they can probably figure it out. You can easily cause damage to your car's electrical system if you are not familiar with it.
I will tell you the absolutely hardest part of the install is fishing the wires from the rear tailgate into the truck, that portion alone took me two hours and a lot of patience.
Otherwise, I'm not even sure how you will wire the camera right to the PCM as I don't recall the PCM having video-input jacks on it (that's why I needed the NavTV unit). You can get a reverse light signal by tapping the reverse lamps on the passenger side trunk by removing the door/panel in the cargo area, the wires are right there.

Try Emerald Integrations. I looked them up and they had a kit for my 2010 Cayenne and even helped me find a good installer. The installation guy was a headache but it worked out in the end.
im thinking about going with a back up camera from Emerald Integrations, how did that brand work out for you? im having a hard time finding any reviews thank you
