i have changed my tires from those 295/30/22 perilli to 285/35/22 toyo proxes st the car does not vibrate now for any vibrations problems change to these 285/35/22

and 295/30/22 is not correct tire size

Have you tried having them road force balanced? I had a similar problem with my Denali when I got 22" wheels on them. I bought them from Tire Rack and as soon as I put them on, my car wobbled down the road. I immediately had them rebalanced within 1 mile and there was no improvement. I called Tire Rack and they sent me to one of their recommended installers that had a road force balancer. After that, the car drove perfectly, not a wobble or shake whatsoever. Now I have my wheels/tires road force balanced every 7500 miles when I rotate them.

Glad it took care of the vibration. It's one reason why I sold mine.

 

the vibes were so bad on the nitto nt 555 (same company as toyo)that i took my 22's off. and yes i had them rode balanced. I put my stock 19's back on with the pirellis and they were just as bad. i just got a set of michelin diamaris tires and love them they are quiet and smooth.

 

The only thing that gets me about my wheel vibration is that it only happens at 70-80mph.......at which speeds according to Porsche, the Cayennes have a problem anyway regardless of what tires are on the vehicle.......however since i traded the 04 CTT for an 05 i havent put the 22's back on but theres no sign of wheel shake at those speeds with the new one on the(18inch wheels) ....where on the old one there was......
