Looking for a shop recommendation near westside of LA to do some work on my Cayenne:
Put springs the right way, re align if needed
Do a muffler bypass like a PSE etc...
any suggestions?

For suspension work: springs, alignment (mandatory after new/lower springs), etc, THE ONLY guy in town to go to is Darin at West End Alignment near Torrance.

For West LA, I've heard lots of good things about Red Line. Most of my experience is with air cooled 911, and Red Line is always mentioned as a great shop, but I've never used them. I use a local guy in Lawndale (Dutch Treat), who also services Cayennes, etc.
