Does anyone happen to know if a full interior transplant can be done from a 2016 Cayenne into a 2006?

 

Anything can be done with enough money, but in this case since everything is different between the 955 and 958 series, the amount of money required makes it economically unwise.

I'd suggest buy an interior already installed in a 958 and leaving it there.
