Hi all... Tried to look for an answer on the form but was unsuccessful. Recently replaced 2 outer tie rods on 04 Cayenne S (OEM) according to the mechanic. Now I am getting grinding noise from under neath front end when turning the wheel or when coming out of an uneven road. Last week I parked on pacific coast hwy partially on the sand and on asphalt, when coming out to an even road sounded like something might snap. Anyone else experienced this issue, not sure if they are bad tie rods that need to be replaced or totally another thing. Have to check back with the mechanic later today but thought I'd share it here too.
