04 Cayenne showing battery at level 8. Turn signals are working on the outside but the dash is off? Dimmer is at low when I adjusted to be on high. I know the car has two batteries one under the seat the other in the trunk for electronics. Has anyone else experience this issue? What am I in for? Hope its just a battery replacement

 

When you say "Level 8" do you mean 8 Volts on he voltmeter? As far as what you're in for - hard to tell since you've given scant information. You need to get the engine running and then give us some voltage readings.
