2005 "Manual Air Conditioning" Refrigerant Quantity?

I have a base Cayenne and the AC is acting up. I will try a recharge, but can't determine if it needs 700g or 1050g of refrigerant. From the link below it says Climatronic (Left/Right) or Climatronic (2+2). But mine is neither of those (just manual controls). While it has two air vents in the rear, they can't be controlled. So I am pretty sure it is the 700g version, but wanted a second opinion.

Also, any idea why the left side vents are cool but the right side vents are ambient temperature? Obviously something is off, but it seems odd since the manual version doesn't have controls for the left/right (it is just a single overall control for fan speed and temperature). Its hard to find info on this because most the cayenne's have the more advanced AC systems.
