4.5 misfiring

So my cayenne has started to develop a very annoying problem recently. Its starts to misfire/ bog down between 2-4k rpm under heavy throttle. Drive it gently and its smooth, wait until it's up over 4k and no issues at all under light of full throttle.

No eml light but when scanned the only code that came up is p0344 cam sensor intermittent bank 1. Both sensors have been replaced, as well as coil packs, plugs , battery and oil( needed a service). The wiring appeared to be fine and tested ok for continuity.

Has anyone had a similar issues before as its driving me mad now. Could it possibly be a bad actuator causing the the timing issues but not creating a code?
Thanks

Had a similar issue on mt ctt. Solved by cleaing intake and intercooler of fugitive oil and the replacing air oil separator. Now no issue

if only it was that easy, turned out that the intake cam on bank 1 was out of position. Reset the static timing and all fixed now.
