hard shift from D3 to D2 when slowing down

hard shift from D3 to D2 when slowing down
My 08 3.6V Cayenne started to have hard shift from D3 to D2, only at decelerating. Did anyone experience this one before? It doesn't happen all the time though, only once a today or so.
Will trans oil and filter change improve things?
