Radio does not work after battery change

2013 Base Cayenne.
The battery died and had a new battery installed. I had the battery protection on but the car bricked its self and I had to use the key to open the door.

Now the radio does not work. The fuse is good. The car is at the dealer and I told them to take the radio out in case there is a fuse on the back of the radio. Has anyone encountered this situation?

Thanks in advance.

Yes i friend has the same problem with his 2015 Cayenne. It has to to with the radio code, it brakes the complete radio system after changing the battery power. The radio has an internal code which could only be get prepared at the porsche dealer. They programmed a new code, it hasnīt to do with the fuse!
Hope it works!

The dealer could not do anything. The radio could not power on. . I sent the radio to get repaired but the shop could not fix it. I ended up getting a used radio on eBay. Fun fact the radio in my car was a Boxster radio. Same part number but the mounting tabs were different. I cut off the tabs and the radio fit just fine.
