EuroSunday coming to Chicago

From some of the pics at other cities, this looks kind of fun. I registered and will post back when they set up the place.

I really do hope this takes off. Many clubs have tried to do this and there's usually 5 to 10 cars that show up for a few weeks then nothing. The weather is also so unpredictable unlike AZ, CA and FL. I'm very curious as the the location that they will pick. It seems that the business owners at Streets of Woodfield don't want to host car shows, so hopefully it will be somewhere fun.

Based on the Google streetview, this is a construction area with a Starbucks/Jamba Juice. Odd choice imo. I'm surprised a dealership, custom shop or restaurant wouldn't volunteer a parking lot...

I would be more than happy to offer my parking lot in Northbrook.

I think that is an old picture. I live close by and remember that construction this summer/late fall and I think they're done by now. I'll drive by or if anyone is close by to Rt 83 and about a mile NORTH of I55 to give an update.

I talked to the guy from Fluid Motor and he seems very into promoting this event on a long term basis. There will be a drive after the event that will end at the FMU shop. He said they are open to other venues for future dates.
