Muffler shop

I m planning on installing the S tip onto my Carrera and need a sleeve to make it fit. I called couple of places and they had no idea what sleeve's are... does anyone know where I can find a sleeve??

yeah i was gonna say IGGYS as well...i had them make me some bypass valves...great job they did, plus some nice muscle cars all over there
