Detailing clay on both is the best and safest.

Both matt and Damon are on the spot. The glass with a blade or some goo gone would work. On the paint, you can clay if a small sap mist or tiny dots of sap, but the goo gone works well too. Just make sure to not rub too hard and use a microfiber towel. Also remember, if you use the alcohol, clay, or goo gone, you will also need to polish and wax the area you were working on. All three of the abpve will remove the wax that's protecting the paint.
